Helen Passmore - Executive Director
Helen established LO-GO Appointments WA in 1995 and within a few years the Group commenced operations in Queensland and New South Wales. Helen is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, the Recruitment and Consulting Services Association of Australia & NZ, and has over 30 years' experience in Business and Human Resources. Her Local Government experience includes nine years as an elected member, five of those years as Mayor of the City of Subiaco. Helen brings to Local Government employment extensive experience in dealing with State and Local Government at the highest level. Helen's expertise is invaluable when recruiting for senior positions in Local Government.
Melissa Hanson - Recruitment Manager
Prior to joining LO-GO Appointments Melissa had a strong background in business administration and is the Recruitment Manager of both our Subiaco and Mandurah offices. With six years of Local Government recruitment experience specialising in Executive level placements, Melissa has an extensive knowledge and understanding of Local Government, general management and contemporary recruitment practices. She is a member of the Recruitment and Consulting Services of Australia and leads our team in providing an extremely high quality service.
Michaela Johnston - Senior Recruitment Consultant
Michaela has several years’ experience fulfilling high volume temporary and permanent contracts for staff in London before joining our team. Michaela has recruited employees for various industries with a strong focus in finance. She is a highly skilled and organised recruiter with a sound understanding of employment needs and genuine care for her clients and candidates. She is a proactive person and is committed to delivering an outstanding level of service to our clients and candidates.
Megan Wharf - Recruitment Consultant
Megan is a dedicated Recruitment Consultant who has end-to-end recruitment experience across a variety of industries in both internal and labour hire capacities. Megan has a passion for recruitment and with her commitment to delivering an outstanding level of Client and Candidate care, takes pride in sourcing the right Candidate for the job. Megan has a Bachelor of Business in Human Resources and was awarded the Economic Society of Australia 2017 prize.
Tori Lummer - Administration / Payroll Officer
Tori is responsible for the provision of payroll and invoicing for our Candidates and Clients in addition to providing recruitment support for our Team. Prior to joining LO-GO Appointments Tori had gained administration experience in a variety of industries and, with her bubbly personality and great team member skills, takes pride in delivering an exceptional standard of customer service.
