Helen Passmore - Executive Director
Helen established LO-GO Appointments WA in 1995 and within a few years the Group commenced operations in Queensland and New South Wales. Helen is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, the Recruitment and Consulting Services Association of Australia & NZ, and has over 30 years' experience in Business and Human Resources. Her Local Government experience includes nine years as an elected member, five of those years as Mayor of the City of Subiaco. Helen brings to Local Government employment extensive experience in dealing with State and Local Government at the highest level. Helen's expertise is invaluable when recruiting for senior positions in Local Government.
Melissa Hanson - Recruitment Manager
Prior to joining LO-GO Appointments Melissa had a strong background in business administration and is the Recruitment Manager of both our Subiaco and Mandurah offices. With seven years of Local Government recruitment experience specialising in Executive level placements, Melissa has an extensive knowledge and understanding of Local Government, general management and contemporary recruitment practices. She is a member of the Recruitment and Consulting Services of Australia and leads our team in providing an extremely high quality service.
Sharon Dockery – Senior Recruitment Consultant
Sharon has a Diploma in Business (Human Resources) and is a truly dedicated Local Government recruiter. She has ten years’ Human Resources and Recruitment experience within a large regional Council and three years’ experience as the Senior Recruitment Consultant at LO-GO Appointments WA. Sharon has a very sound knowledge of all Local Government positions and is extremely experienced at selecting the right candidate to fulfil either your permanent or temporary staffing requirements.
Geraldine Kistnasing – Recruitment Consultant
Geraldine has a BSc in Human Resources Management and an MBA. As part of gaining her MBA at Edith Cowan University Geraldine did an internship with LG Professionals WA where she assisted with all HR queries and gained extensive experience in developing HR policies and procedures as well as position descriptions for Local Government. Geraldine is very proactive and resourceful and with her enthusiasm and knowledge of Local Government, she is very able to assist your Council in providing the best temporary recruitment solutions.
Rebecca Dickinson - Administration / Payroll Officer
In addition to performing all general administration for our Team, Rebecca is responsible for the provision of payroll and invoicing for our Candidates and Clients. Prior to joining LO-GO Appointments Rebecca filled a variety of temporary roles in metropolitan Councils for more than three years and for the last two years has been the Customer Service Officer at the Shire of Mukinbudin. Rebecca has a full understanding of Local Government and takes pride in delivering an exceptional standard of customer service. She will always be happy to assist with any payroll or invoice queries.
Sean Larkworthy - Recruitment Support Officer
Sean is in his second year of study towards a Bachelor of Business (Human Resources) at Murdoch University. He completed his Certificate IV in Human Resources in 2017. His past work experience includes a year as Senior Recreation Officer at the Shire of Bridgetown-Greenbushes. Sean is a people-orientated and friendly person and is an outstanding support person to our Recruitment Team.
