Our QLD Manager, Ross Hollands, brings over 18 years of senior management experience in Local Government, including 13 years as a CEO, along with 26 years of Local Government recruitment experience. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce and a Graduate Diploma of Management.
Ross’ extensive experience includes an in-depth knowledge of Councils’:
- General management and operational management
- Human resources and industrial relations
- Political and community issues
- Knowledge of Queensland Cities and Regional areas.
With Ross’ experience and knowledge of Local Government, he can assist you in your Executive recruitment needs.

Faith Della Sabina – Recruitment Manager
Our Recruitment Manager, Faith Della Sabina, brings over 23 years of experience in human resources and business management, including more than two decades dedicated to supporting Queensland Councils with the recruitment of temporary, permanent, and executive talent.
As a Local Government recruitment specialist, Faith has extensive expertise in council operations, employment legislation, awards, payroll, employee benefits, work health and safety, and contemporary recruitment practices.
Faith leads our team with a commitment to excellence, ensuring our recruitment services are informed, responsive, and aligned with the unique needs of Local Government. Her leadership ensures we consistently identify candidates who are both highly capable and the right fit for each organisation.
She holds a Bachelor of Business (Management and Human Resource Management), a Certificate in Work Health and Safety, and is our appointed Work Health and Safety Representative.

Jeni Codner – Recruitment Consultant

Kylie is an experienced Payroll Systems and HRIS professional with more than 15 years’ expertise in payroll operations, HRIS administration, systems implementation, workforce management, and payroll transformation across national organisations.
Kylie oversees payroll, accounts payable, and accounts receivable, bringing extensive knowledge and a strong focus on accuracy, compliance, and process efficiency. Kylie works Monday to Wednesday and is always happy to assist with any payroll or invoicing enquiries.
