Our QLD Manager, Ross Hollands, brings over 18 years of senior management experience in Local Government, including 13 years as a CEO, along with 26 years of Local Government recruitment experience. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce and a Graduate Diploma of Management.
Ross’ extensive experience includes an in-depth knowledge of Councils’:
- General management and operational management
- Human resources and industrial relations
- Political and community issues
- Knowledge of Queensland Cities and Regional areas.
With Ross’ experience and knowledge of Local Government, he can assist you in your Executive recruitment needs.

Faith Della Sabina – Recruitment Manager
Our Recruitment Manager, Faith Della Sabina, brings over 23 years of experience in human resource and business management, including 21 years dedicated to supporting Queensland Councils with the recruitment of temporary, permanent, and executive staff.
As our Local Government recruitment specialist, Faith possesses extensive knowledge of Local Government operations, employment legislation and regulations, awards, payroll, employee benefits, work health and safety, general management, and modern recruitment practices.
Faith leads our team in delivering high-quality services informed by a deep understanding of Local Government needs, ensuring we attract the most suitable and capable candidates.
She holds a Bachelor of Business with majors in Management and Human Resource Management, as well as a Certificate in Work Health and Safety, and also serves as our Work Health and Safety Representative.

Melanie Rehbock – Recruitment Consultant
Melanie is responsible for sourcing candidates for Local Government roles across Queensland, covering a wide range of temporary, permanent, and contract positions in regional, remote, and metropolitan areas.
Before joining LO-GO Appointments, Melanie gained extensive experience in recruitment, employee onboarding, award interpretation, HR administration, and end-to-end payroll across various industries, including Local Government. She has also completed a Certificate IV in Business Management.

Jeni Codner – Recruitment Consultant
Jeni is responsible for sourcing candidates across the full range of Local Government positions in Queensland’s regional, remote, and metropolitan areas.
With more than 20 years of experience in Healthcare, State and Local Government across Australia, New Zealand, and the UK, Jeni brings a strong background in recruitment, workforce planning, and HR systems implementation. She is an active member of the Australian Human Resources Institute and is dedicated to upholding best practices and fostering ongoing professional development within HR and talent acquisition.

Chloe Rutter – Recruitment Support Officer
Chloe is in her final year of a Bachelor of Commerce, majoring in Human Resources with Deakin University.
As the first point of contact for our clients and candidates, Chloe provides essential recruitment and administrative support to our Manager and Consultants. She brings valuable experience in administration and customer service to her role.
