Helen Passmore - Executive Director

Helen established LO-GO Appointments WA in 1995 and within a few years the Group commenced operations in Queensland and New South Wales.

Helen is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and has over 30 years' experience in Business and Human Resources. Her Local Government experience includes 9 years as an elected member including 5 of those years as Mayor of the City of Subiaco.

Helen brings to Local Government employment an extensive understanding of Local Government, Human Resources and Recruitment.

Neil Wilson - WA Manager

Our WA Manager, Neil Wilson has over 30 years experience in WA Local Government including 25 years holding senior management positions. Neil is a member of LGMA, holds an MBA and is an Associate of the National Institute of Accountants.

Neil's extensive experience includes an in-depth knowledge of Councils'

  • General management and operational management
  • Finance, Information Technology and Compliance
  • Political and community issues
  • Knowledge of WA Cities and Regional areas.

With Neil's experience and knowledge of the Local Government industry he leads our WA team in finding suitable Employees for the industry throughout WA.

Sally Passmore - Recruitment Consultant

Sally, has a very successful background in sales and customer support. With several years in the competitive housing industry Sally has extensive practical experience together with a passion for superior customer service. Sally has recently completed her Recruitment Consulting Certificate and is currently undertaking a Diploma in HR Recruitment.

Esther Tan - Recruitment Consultant

Esther holds a Bachelor of Psychology and has a solid background in recruitment. Having worked internationally as well as within Australia, Esther's adaptability and excellent communication skills ensure she meets both Client and Candidate expectations.

Robin Dodwell- Receptionist
