Helen established LO-GO Appointments WA in 1995 and within a few years the Group commenced operations in Queensland and New South Wales. Helen is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, the Recruitment and Consulting Services Association of Australia & NZ, and has over 30 years' experience in Business and Human Resources. Her Local Government experience includes nine years as an elected member, five of those years as Mayor of the City of Subiaco. Helen brings to Local Government employment extensive experience in dealing with State and Local Government at the highest level. Helen's expertise is invaluable when recruiting for senior positions in Local Government.
Melissa Hanson - Manager WA / Executive Recruitment Consultant
Melissa joined our Company in 2012 and established our new Mandurah Office that same year. Melissa is an Executive recruitment specialist and has extensive knowledge and understanding of Local Government, general management and contemporary recruitment practices. She is also a member of the Recruitment and Consulting Services Association of Australia. Leigh Waters- Recruitment Consultant
Leigh has over three years of Local Government recruitment experience and prior to this he worked within Local Government for six years. Having spent most of his working career either within a Local Government, or servicing Local Government, Leigh has a solid understanding of our Clients expectations in relation to service delivery. Leah Banda - Recruitment Consultant
Prior to joining our team in 2014, Leah had several years of experience fulfilling high volume contracts for staff in the hospitality and mining industries. Leah completed her Bachelor of Psychology at Curtin University and this led to her finding a passion for recruitment. Leah is a skilled recruiter and has a sound understanding of the employment needs of the Local Government sector. She is a proactive person and takes great joy in sourcing the right candidate for the job. Leah is highly organised and is committed to delivering an outstanding level of Client and Candidate care.
Amy Robertson - Administration / Recruitment Support
Amy provides recruitment and administration support to our Consultants, Manager and Executive Director. Amy came to us with over eight years of administration experience, including two years where she has specialised in recruitment support. Amy has well-developed time management skills and takes pride in delivering an exceptional standard of customer service.
