Helen Passmore - Executive Director
Helen established LO-GO Appointments WA in 1995 and within a few years the Group commenced operations in Queensland and New South Wales.
Helen is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and has over 30 years' experience in Business and Human Resources. Her Local Government experience includes 9 years as an elected member including 5 of those years as Mayor of the City of Subiaco.
Helen brings to Local Government employment an extensive understanding of Local Government, Human Resources and Recruitment.
Esther Tan - Senior Recruitment Consultant
Esther holds a Bachelor of Psychology and has a solid background in recruitment including 12 months' experience in Local Government recruitment. Having worked internationally as well as within Australia, Esther's adaptability and excellent communication skills ensure she meets both Client and Candidate expectations.
Melissa Hanson - Recruitment Consultant
Melissa has had an extensive career in small business and several years liaising with Councils as a Contractor. Melissa has completed her Recruitment Consulting Certificate through our governing body, RCSA, and has honed her skills as a Recruiter while working with LO-GO Appointments. Melissa has established our new Mandurah Office and is in charge of providing exceptional and professional service to our Southern Metropolitan and South-West Councils.
La Toya Galea - Recruitment Consultant
La Toya has recently commenced employment with LO-GO Appointments and has developed excellent recruitment and time management skills while working with a large international company. La Toya is currently completing her Diploma in Management and through her previous employment has completed courses focused on Management Training and Customer Care. La Toya is already delivering exceptional Client and Candidate care in keeping with LO-GO Appointments' commitment to service.
Rhiannon Garnham - Recruitment Assistant
Rhiannon is our dedicated Recruitment Assistant and is knowledgeable in all facets of the end-to-end recruitment cycle and provides our Consultants with outstanding assistance. Rhiannon has completed a one-year Business Administration Traineeship with the City of Rockingham and has also obtained her Certificate III in Business Administration. Through her traineeship, Rhiannon has gained a full understanding of the procedures of Local Government and is a valuable member of our team.
Robin Dodwell - Administration & Payroll Officer
Robin is often our first point of contact with LO-GO Appointments. Robin has completed a Certificate IV in Business Administration and Certificate IV in Occupational Health and Safety. Robin is an expert Administration and Payroll Officer and has comprehensive knowledge of our business practices and procedures. Robin has a positive, friendly nature and provides efficient and effective customer service.
