Helen Passmore - Executive Director

Helen established LO-GO Appointments WA in 1995 and within a few years the Group commenced operations in Queensland and New South Wales.

Helen is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and has over 30 years' experience in Business and Human Resources. Her Local Government experience includes 9 years as an elected member including 5 of those years as Mayor of the City of Subiaco.

Helen brings to Local Government employment an extensive understanding of Local Government, Human Resources and Recruitment.

Neil Wilson - WA Manager

Our WA Manager, Neil Wilson has over 30 years experience in WA Local Government including 25 years holding senior management positions. Neil is a member of LGMA, holds an MBA and is an Associate of the National Institute of Accountants.

Neil's extensive experience includes an in-depth knowledge of Councils'

  • General management and operational management
  • Finance, Information Technology and Compliance
  • Political and community issues
  • Knowledge of WA Cities and Regional areas.

With Neil's experience and knowledge of the Local Government industry he leads our WA team in finding suitable Employees for the industry throughout WA.

Julia Mikhaylova - Recruitment Consultant

Julia has an extensive educational background including a Graduate Diploma in Philology from the State Kaliningrad University in Russia, augmented by a subsequent Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management from the same University. Julia has since completed a Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resource Management from Murdoch University, WA. In addition Julia has extensive practical experience in Australia and abroad as both a Recruitment Officer and Human Resource Manager and brings a new dimension to the LO-GO team.

Mark Peasley - Recruitment Consultant

Mark has extensive experience as a Recruiter placing Trades / Technical Employees and has been with LO-GO Appointments for 18 months. Mark can assist you with all Permanent and Temporary recruitment for Trades / Technical Employees and Field Workers.

Terri Brown - Recruitment Support Officer

Terri has been with our Group for more than two years and excels in her role of assisting our Consultants to obtain the best possible Candidates. Terri has completed a Certificate IV in Recruitment and is now studying towards her Diploma in Human Resources Management.

Sofia Vikstroem - Customer Service /Administration Officer

Sofia completed her Bachelor's degree in Sociology at Stockholm University, Sweden, and is now studying for her Masters of Human Resource Management at Murdoch University, WA. She is generally the first point of contact with our office and is continually briefed on all our recruitment requirements.
